General Civil Practice – Domestic Relations – Real Estate – Business Law
Welcome to the website for the Law Office of Thomas J. Callahan. Thank you for visiting.
I offer individual and business clients a full range of services in civil practice matters. With over 30 years of experience, I have the capabilities, knowledge and background experience to be able to quickly identify your needs and offer cost-effective and hands-on solutions to your legal issues. Representation is provided in all court, administrative and local government proceedings, and to meet your transactional legal needs.
Referrals are made to experienced colleagues for personal injury, criminal and bankruptcy matters, and advanced estate planning.
I aim to provide the highest quality legal services at the best possible cost for the individual and small business client. Prosecuting and defending your legal rights can unfortunately be a time-consuming, costly, and/or emotional proposition. I understand that. I am dedicated to finding you the most pragmatic solution in the most expeditious fashion possible, but not without an aggressive, skilled and experienced representation that advances and protects your legal rights.
My fees are reasonable and my upfront advances are less than most area practitioners. I approach cases with a pragmatism and business sensibility to make not just the correct legal decision for you, but the smart business and personal decision for you. I believe myself to have the skill, experience and sensitivity to the emotional components of many of my cases, that come from years of law practice, to serve YOU in the best way possible.
Legal matters often have deadlines and limitations periods associated with them. If you believe you are in need of legal services, do not delay in contacting myself or another attorney.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about a potential legal matter. I am here to help YOU, and initial inquiries are no charge. While confidentiality is assured in all initial inquiries, please be aware that formal representation does not begin until I have agreed to take the matter and a fee agreement is signed.
